*All applicants (students/teachers) who are currently studying in public education, vocational education or in higher education in Hungary, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Moldova, Turkey, Belarus and Russia can apply for it. The condition for scholarship participation is the uploading of a legal relationship certificate/school attendance certificate/other certificate to the application form.
